Listing-side commission
The advertised 2% is a proposed listing-side fee for MATL Realty's listing brokerage services. All real estate commissions are negotiable and not set by law. Services, fees, term and applicable conditions must be confirmed in a signed listing agreement. Buyer-broker compensation, if any, and customary third-party expenses are separate.
Property information reports
Realist and similar property information reports may include public records and third-party data that are incomplete or outdated. Such reports are not appraisals, title searches or guarantees of value. Reports are prepared only upon request, subject to data availability and applicable provider terms.
Listing distribution
Eligible listings may be syndicated to some third-party real estate websites, including Zillow, through applicable MLS and brokerage data feeds. Appearance, timing and completeness of syndication are not guaranteed.
Brokerage relationship
Submitting an inquiry does not establish a brokerage or agency relationship. Such relationships and obligations are determined by subsequent agreements and applicable law.

Professional membership pricing and billing
New professional memberships are $49.00 per month or $499.00 per year, billed in USD at the selected interval. Both plans include the personalized seller landing page, hosting, dashboard and included digital marketing materials. Printing, postage, sign production and advertising spend are separate.
Paid memberships automatically renew at the selected rate until canceled. Cancel future renewals through Manage Billing. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues through the paid period. A free 14-day trial requires no payment to start and does not automatically become a paid membership. Existing accounts retain their current arrangement unless they choose a new membership.
